Our mission

Steno Institute will conduct, promote and publish high quality, morally-sound health science and clinical research in pro-life areas, including but not limited to abortion, medical abortion reversal, end of life, euthanasia, and family planning.

Initially, the Institute will focus on medical abortion reversal. The Institute is the first of its kind in the U.S. and internationally; and is named after  Nicolas Steno, the renowned 17th century Danish scientist, physician and bishop.

Our Vision

Steno Institute will be a premier research and education organization providing scientific and clinical support for the sanctity of human life at all developmental stages and in all states of health. Such research will directly affect healthcare, education and public policy by creating an increased ethos for life in our culture, which is critical to the future of humanity.

Steno Institute will serve as a scientific hub for pro-life medical and psychological research and provide support and funding for pro-life researchers not previously available. Its work will support women seeking a second chance at choice as well as others whose lives are threatened by abortion or euthanasia.
