The Need

Women who change their minds after starting the medical abortion procedure deserve a second chance at choice. Help us to make that a safe and effective reality for them.

Research on the efficacy and safety of abortion pill reversal is critical to ensure broader acceptance among the medical community and increase APR access to all women seeking treatment. Lawmakers need better, unbiased information to set policy effectively.

Medical and psychological research communities are now dominated by individuals and organizations that do not honor the sanctity of life and have a strong pro-abortion and generally anti-life bias. They either totally ignore pro-life perspectives or denigrate and marginalize anyone who would dare to question the status quo. Consequently, the pursuit, funding and publication of unbiased research in the areas of abortion, euthanasia and family planning is extremely difficult. The recent documentary by Vice News HBO reveals the bias inherent in the media and in mainstream medicine. Read more by clicking here.

Currently, there is no pro-life organization devoted to a broad spectrum of medical and psychological research of pro-life topics, with a special focus on abortion pill reversal. The Charlotte Lozier Institute, Alliance Defending Freedom and Americans United for Life, focus on policy and sociologic research or legal issues; The American Association of Pro- Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (on whose board Dr. Delgado serves) is an excellent professional society and advocacy group.
